You built a tool. Nobody found it. We run marketing and operations for indie micro-tools — $0 upfront, 50/50 split of collected revenue. If it doesn't earn, we don't earn.

How it works

You apply with your product URL, current revenue, stack, and email.
We do diligence (a quick call or async review) and pick tools we believe we can move.
We take over marketing & ops — landing page rewrites, SEO, launch posts, distribution, support triage. You keep 100% code ownership until the buyout clause triggers.
Revenue splits 50/50 on collected revenue — money actually received, after payment fees. No invoices on "potential".
Either side can walk away with 30 days' notice. You keep your code; we keep nothing.

Buyout clause: after 12 months of operating, you may buy out our revenue share at 6× trailing-12-month collected revenue share (or an agreed fixed price), whichever we negotiate in writing at signing.

Deal criteria

Live product with real users (even a handful) or a working demo
Under $100 MRR, or $0 revenue — the "dead micro-tool" zone is our specialty
Owner is responsive (we need you for code changes and domain knowledge)
Cloudflare-compatible stack preferred (static sites, Pages, Workers, D1) — anything we can host for free and operate cheaply
Legal to market: no gambling, no adult content, nothing that violates our $0-risk policy

What we do in the first 90 days

Days 1–14: audit — analytics, onboarding flow, pricing, positioning. Ship the quick wins (copy, SEO tags, sitemap, speed).
Days 15–45: distribution push — launch posts, directory submissions, SEO content, community answers (inbound only, no spam).
Days 46–90: iterate on what moves — double down on the channel with signal, kill the rest. Monthly revenue report to you.

The honest terms (read this)

⚠️ No guarantees. We invest labor only — $0 cash, $0 ad spend on your product from us. We make no revenue guarantees to partners: most dead tools stay dead, and we will tell you within 30 days if we see no path. The 50/50 split applies to collected revenue only (funds actually received, net of payment processor fees). Either side can walk away with 30 days' written notice, no penalties, no hard feelings. No exclusivity required unless we both agree it in writing.
